This is a workshop with a difference; combining psychoeducation with guided reflection, emotional processing, and opportunities for meaningful connection.

𝟏. 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐚𝐦 𝐈, 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲? - A space to check in with yourself and reflect on how you’ve actually been feeling.

𝟐. 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞 - What changes in our relationships after becoming mums? What might be lost or gained, and how do we rebuild connection?

This will also include dedicated time for connection within the group, offering a supportive environment to engage with other mums.

𝟑. 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞, 𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 & 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 - Looking beyond quick fixes; what do you actually need, and how can you start putting that into place in a realistic and sustainable way?
